American Augers is committed to partnering with the operators of our equipment to aide them in the successful completion of their projects. A well trained crew should have a solid understanding of the factory recommended Operation & Safety Guidelines, as well as the Maintenance & Service Requirements.
The American Augers Product Training Program offers technical training opportunities that are focused on increasing the competencies and skills of those involved in the overall use or service of the equipment. We ask for qualified product owners and operators only.
Programs offer both computer-based and direct training courses to provide flexibility when scheduling your personnel for training.
- Computer-Based training typically accessed through the internet eliminates the need for travel, but has limited or no live interaction with the instructor. Most sessions will run approximately 2 hours in length, and are either taped or conducted through a live webcast.
- Half-day, one, two, or three day Factory Direct Schools will offer more in-depth training with hands on opportunities that include instructor interaction. These sessions will be held at the American Augers factory or can be held regionally.
Completion of each course will conclude with user testing and some level of factory issued product certification. Customized trainings are available. Email or phone Dan Heath (419-869-1836) for more information.

CONFIRMATION
Upon receipt of your registration form, we will confirm your enrollment. Your confirmation will list start times, location, cancellation period and cancellation fee.
CANCELLATION
If you find it necessary to cancel an attendee, please do so 10 days prior to the start of the training course to avoid any course charges. There will be a $200.00 charge per person for failing to show up for classes or for cancellations less than 10 days prior to class start.
