American Augers is committed to partnering with the operators of our equipment to aide them in the successful completion of their projects and making sure that each customer has the ability to have well trained crew that is capable of having a solid understanding of of the factory recommended product Operation and & Safety guidelines, as well as the Maintenance & Service requirements.
The American Augers Product Training (AAPT) program will offer technical training opportunities that are focused on increasing the competencies and skills of those involved in the overall use or service of the equipment.
AAPT will offer both computer based and direct training courses to provide more flexibility when scheduling your personnel for training
- Computer-Based-Training typically accessed through the internet eliminates the need for travel, but has limited or no live interaction with the instructor. Most sessions will run approximately 2 hours in length, and are either taped or conducted through live web feed.
- One, Three, or Five day Factory Direct Schools will offer more in depth training with hands-on opportunities that include instructor interaction. These sessions will be held at the American Augers factory or can be held regionally.
Completion of each course will conclude with user testing and some level of factory issued product certification.
The below Pre-Screening Questionnaire will be used to evaluate each contractors level of knowledge or need, and assist the AAPT program with continued development of course curriculum. We encourage you to complete the questionnaire, but ask for qualified product owners and operators only.
