NEWS RELEASE
West Salem, Ohio –American Augers continues to focus on the development of large mud cleaning systems, and is proud to introduce the MCR-10000 to its family of products.

The MCR-10000 is a high volume drilling fluid cleaning system that compliments larger Horizontal Directional Drills, or Oil and Gas Vertical Drill Rigs, as this unit both mixes and cleans drilling fluid (mud), but also reduces volume of solids by controlling the overall moisture content, which leads to easier fluid disposal. The unit, which is fixed on a rock over design Tri-Axle suspension, is equipped with an onboard 60 Hz electrical generator set.
The MCR-10000’s cleaning system is engineered with three first cut and two final cut linear motion shakers, which allows the system to have an overall cleaning capacity of 900 U.S. Gallons (3,406 L)/per minute, and operates with four 10 inch (254 mm) desilting/desanding hydro-clones.
The centrifugal pumping system operates with two separate 3-Phase motors, which control the overall mixing/agitation and charging of the hydro-clones. Also found is a polyethylene constructed dry bentonite mix hopper, and two 25 foot (7.6 m) discharge hose.
The standard design incorporates a 3,200 U.S. Gallons (12,115 L) screen tank, and a 6,400 U.S. Gallon (24,230 L) clean fluid/mixing tank. Also included is: 110 U.S. Gallon (416 L) wash down system and remote operated controls.
