West Salem, Ohio: American Augers is proud to announce that Doug Dawson has re-joined the company in the role of Technical Service Representative.

Dawson who is resident of Chowchilla, California, previously served with American Augers from 2000 – 2001 where he was responsible for all product training, start ups, customer demonstrations, and assisting sales with technical product information. Dawson will continue that role, and service both domestic and international customer needs.

Prior to re-joining American Augers; Dawson performed general maintenance, troubleshooting, and preventive maintenance on equipment operated by TKV Container, Incorporated from Fresno California. Dawson has additional hands on underground construction experience when he served in a Foreman position with Custom Cable from Chowchilla, California. In that role he was responsible for jobs that installed cable systems and utility lines, but also oversaw jobsite set up, maintained strict safety procedures, documented project costs, and operated heavy construction equipment.
